Delivery

After the order is received, the item is shipped within 24 hours, and it may take five to seven business days for the shipment to reach its destination. Please be aware that this time frame is merely an estimate and is not a guarantee. Weather, transportation, natural disasters, wars, or any other uncertainty may affect the shipment or delivery.

For residential deliveries, all shipping companies reserve the right to add an extra day to the delivery window. We are unable to control this, so shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Check every package carefully after receiving your order to make sure no parts are damaged, missing, or in the wrong place. Although our auto parts warehouse makes every effort to avoid shipping damage, it does occur occasionally.

If a damaged part arrive, refuse the shipment and ask the shipper to send it back to us right away. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to us. Missing, damaged, or incorrect parts are non-returnable after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs.

Lastly, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and all claims for such must be worked out with the shipping company.
